Qatar Central Bank is the regulatory authority over banks, exchange houses, investment companies, and financial companies within the State of Qatar.  If you have a complaint regarding any of the above mentioned institutions operating in Qatar, we might be able to help you.

 

QCB can assist you by investigating complaints against financial institutions under its supervision.  Nevertheless, before writing to us, we would urge you to discuss the grievance and try to settle it with the concerned financial institution first.  If the problem remains unresolved, you may submit the following complaint form along with copies of relevant documents, if any.

 

It would be QCB’s endeavor to try and resolve the problem within a time frame of 7 working days.  We will contact the financial institution about your concern, investigate the issues raised, and try to redress your problem.  However, it should be noted that QCB does not/may not have authority to resolve all types of problems; in which case we will advise you on whether you should consider legal recourse to resolve your complaint.

 

Complainants are requested to note down the system-generated number of their complaint for future reference.
