In the presence of his HRH Guillaume Jean Joseph Marie, Hereditary Grand Duke of Luxembourg, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed today between Qatar Central Bank (QCB) and the Central Bank of Luxembourg (BCL).

HE Sheikh Abdullah Bin Saud Al Thani, Governor of Qatar Central Bank and HE Mr. Yves Mersch, Governor of the Central Bank of Luxembourg signed this Memorandum of Understanding, which aims at strengthening the bilateral cooperation between QCB and BCL in the areas of exchange of information relating to financial system stability and development, as well as financial market systems and payment systems performance and development.
