Tenders

1-All Vendors submitting an offer for this RFP must have customers, in Qatar, for which they have installed enterprise solutions. (i.e. RASGAS, QatarGas, QP, Qatar Central Bank, Banks in Qatar, Supreme Education, Texas A&M University, …….etc…)

2-Vendors not satisfying the evaluation criteria will not be considered. No reasons will be given.

3-Offers for different sections of the RFP must be separated and clearly indicated, each as separate folder or section of the folder. An electronic copy on a CD must be included.

4-All brochures must be handed over in electronic form, on a CD or DVD, with the appropriate file names and folder and references. Vendors submitting paper form brochures or failing to submit brochures in electronic format will be disqualified.

5-A compliant table is also available with this RFP (In paper form). A printed answer to the table must be signed and stamped. An electronic copy is also to be provided.

6-Vendors asking officially or unofficially for extensions of tendering period will be marked as disqualified or least considered.

7-All Vendors must get an official copy of the RFP and pay the necessary fees.

8-An electronic copy of the RFP and the compliant sheet is available on request. Only vendors that purchased the tender documents will be granted the electronic copies.
